***Completely Rebuilt*** 1981-83 KZ1000 Carburetor Rack

These are
completely re-manufactured Kawasaki/Mikuni BS34 mm carburetors! These carbs are NOT just cleaned up! I concentrate my decades of experience, resources, and expertise on the internal, the working parts of the carbs.

After seeing the Kawasaki KZ carbs available here on eBay, these carbs are without a doubt a bargain. I p
ower washed and then completely disassembled this set.
The carb bodies and other hard metal parts are processed through both industrial carburetor cleaner and my commercial grade ultrasonic cleaner. I vapor blasted the carb bodies to remove the staining,
corrosion,
and scale and restore a nice cosmetic
appearance
. Specialized wire cleaners, brushes, and compressed air are used to verify that every opening, air and fuel circuits are clean and unrestricted. All new “O”-rings, gaskets were installed. The 4 floats are set to OEM factory specs. The (#122.5) main jets and (#37.5) pilot jets are the originals as they were in perfect condition. The air idle screw is set to 2 1/2 turns out . The set was reassembled with new stainless steel socket head screws. The jet needle has been shimmed up approximately 1.4 mm. This shim modification improves mid-range power and helps reduce the lean fuel condition from the factory designed to satisfy the EPA requirements. I've been using this modification for over 2 decades with great results. These carbs have been bench sync’d which gets them pretty darn close. The carbs are extremely clean inside and out----ready to go.
These will work for most Kawasaki KZ 1000’s/1100’s for years 1981-1983.

****I will re-jet these carbs to your particular application if you have modified your exhaust, air box, or installed pod air filters. Cost to re-jet is .00 to cover the cost of the 8 new jets.
