Weslock #12720 spring latch & spring spindle for most interior passage & privacy

Description

This listing includes a replacement spring spindle for sagging levers.  If you just need a latch, that is listed separately.  This replacement latch for interior keylocks works on 600 Series Weslock locks made since 1986. Your latch will be clearly marked 600 Series on the side.
If your latch is stamped 2 3/8, 2 3/4 or has no markings on the side this is not the latch you need.
Latches are shipped with brass with radius corner face plates. If you would like another finish, please email me when you order or add a note to your order.
If your latch has broken due to door alignment issues, replacing the latch will only be a temporary fix and the door or strike plate must be realigned to correct the real problem, or the replacement latch will fail quickly.
