Beautiful & unique glossy finish and intricate lace woven detail. A display of craftsmanship and artistry to make the perfect decorative accent and conversation starter.
Excellent condition. I did notice some brown platters on the hat...  Not sure, but it looks like it's residue from what the maker used to make the hat glossy. 15.5" in diameter and about 7" in height.
