Large Stunning cobalt blue and gold Chinese export soup tureen made in the Egyptian theme style. It's in great vintage condition. Based on the mark on bottom, this piece was likely made between 1970-1999, I suspect the 80s. It has one small sliver chip on the rim by handle, it's not deep, just a surface sliver. Minimal wear..
Highly detailed, ornate with a lot of gold gilt. Hand painted images. This would hold 4 quarts. Handle to handle 14 inches. Opening itself is 9. 25x6.25
Height is 10.5 with lid.
