  • Condition: Vintage Asian Black Lacquer Wooden Folding Screen 4 Panel Room Divider in average pre-owned condition. PLEASE NOTE: there are some minor imperfections, but they really don't take away much from this impressive piece. There are several scratches, nicks and dings to it, as it's been in use for decades.See photos 5-10. Also, one piece of the 3-D pagoda has broken off and taken away the lacquer, see photo 11. One 3D hill at the bottom of the right-most panel is turned (photo 4) and this panel is a little bowed, but it still stands up fine. This is a good price including shipping for a piece of this nature and size, and the low price represents the condition. It looked great in the home, and it will look great in yours if you're willing to accept a few minor imperfections. A bit of high gloss black paint could most likely be used to bring this into better condition, but the flaws are really quite minor when viewing the piece casually. Review photos carefully and message with any questions.
