This is a vintage original "Restored" 1950s Victor model "Topper" 1c Gumball Machine. Gloss red and black, then clearcoated. 16" tall, Original Glass globe has no chips with 1c decal. Bright chrome, clean inside and out.  Works fine, penny gets you 1 gumball! Includes key!!
