For your consideration we offer a vintage solid pewter and brass square mixed metal vase. Created in Hong Kong during the 1960s, this is a large and dramatic piece that appeals to the eye in both its silhouette as well as the visual contrast between the pewter and brass. Impressive in size, the vase stands approximately 18" in height on a 6" stepped square base, is 6.25" at its widest point and has a 6" diameter opening. It weighs just over 10 pounds. Random specks of oxidation can be found on inspection as well as other minor discolorations and patina to the metal resulting from age. No dents, dings, prior repairs, or other compromising imperfections are found. The vase polishes to a mirror like brilliance and presents itself beautifully. Wear is commensurate with age and history of use so please regard all photos as they form a descriptive part of the listing.
