Tractel Dynarope HF36/3 Tensionmeter 40 ton Max Tension 22mm to 40mm Cable

Nice Used Tractel Tensionmeter for tension of cable diameters of 22mm to 40mm with a 40 ton max capacity.  This has a corded digital readout with good battery.    This came from a local municipality that purchased this unit for one project.  Comes with a charger / power supply, Tractel HF87/T Scoreboard Display with new battery,  15' connector cord and the HF36/3/Hz/HY Load Cell with Hydraulic assistance cylinder.  There is no hydraulic pump for the hydraulic assistance cylinder on the load cell but any enerpac, simplex, or OTC brand hydraulic hand pump capable of 10,000 psi will work and are easily available.  Hydraulic gauge does have a crack in the plastic as shown in picture 7, this does not affect function of the hydraulic pressure gauge and still works as it should.   Save several thousand dollars by purchasing this nice unit with minimal use.    Comes as shown.
