    You are buying a new old stock Skookum Snatch block with the 8" sheave, rated for 20,000 lbs (10 ton) dragging, or 8,000 lbs (4 ton) lifting.  It uses the 5/8" wire rope, and has a swivel hook and a bronze bearing.  There may be some cosmetic damage or defects.  Sold "as is".  Shipping is 65 lbs by UPS at buyers expense.  Ohio buyers have to pay sales tax.
