Product Description Package S4-P with mini-Ligno SD/C is the contractor's choice with 4 settings to measure: softwood, hardwood, panel products, sheetrock and a reference scale for other building materials. The elctrode E-14M is great for reaching problem areas. The slim shape of the E14M allows checking for moisture in wall corners, around pipes, below window sills, under baseboards, places which the integral pins on the mini-Ligno cannot reach. Inserting pins into hard materials can be a difficult job. The electrode E14 with EG pins is strong enough to withstand hard pounding with a hammer to insert pins into hard materials such as strand bamboo, MDF boards or hardwood. From the Manufacturer Inspectors and contractors find the pocket-size mini-Ligno SD/C and DX/C very useful for the many materials they need to measure. The meters come with: built-in correction for different wood species, a scale for sheetrock, gypsum, and ceiling tiles, a reference scale for reading hard building materials such as concrete, brick, tile etc. The "slim" electrode E14C is handy when measuring tight, hard to reach places around pipes, windowsills or when measuring in places where the display would be hard to see.
