Protimeter MMS2 Moisture Measurement System Flooring Kit with Case BLD8800-FL

Description

Lightly used BLD8800-FL kit from a closed flooring contractor that purchased the unit sometime in 2015.  Note that some of the humidity sensor sleeves have been used.  They are consumables and cost about .00 each.  The buyer will need those to do ASTM F2170 standard concrete slab humidity testing.  (The procedure for performing this test is well-documented in several YouTube videos and written material available online.)  Firmware of this unit is upgradable and the it is stated to be capable of data logging to a computer via the included USB cable.

Calibration items are still in plastic bags.   Looking at the display in average room conditions the instrument appears accurate.  Since this is a used item there is some writing in the margins and underlining in a few pages of the manual.  Photos clearly show condition of the items.   Note the [relatively] current date and time on the display in the photos.
