YOU SHIP YOUR CARBS TO ME, I CLEAN AND REBUILD THEM AND SHIP THEM BACK TO YOU READY TO RIDE
THIS IS A Professional Honda Shadow Carburetor CLEAN AND REBUILD SERVICE.

YOUR CARBS will be ultrasonic cleaned twice, Before and after hand polishing. All surfaces are hand polished to make sure all surfaces are completely clean inside and out.
Brand NEW K&L rebuild kits will be installed with all NEW orings,
NEW float needles and seats are installed,
NEW float bowl gaskets and new air fuel adjustment screw orings.
YOUR CARBS will be bench synchronized and float levels set to factory specs.
Both Air /fuel screws will be set to 2.5 turns out
Diaphragms are fully cleaned and inspected and will leave working correctly and with no issues.
IF YOUR DIAPHRAGMS ARE DAMAGED OR HAVE ANY ISSUES, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED IMMEDIATELY WITH PICS AND DETAILS OF THE PROBLEM AND HOW IT CAN BE FIXED.
PILOT JETS ARE REPLACED with brand new oem spec jets. Main jets are cleaned inside and out then polished and ultrasonic cleaned again.
Air cut off valves (if applicable) are inspected and cleaned along with the special oring will been replaced.
If your valves are found to be damaged or worn out, you will be contacted immediately with pics and how we can fix it.
Turn around time is normally 1-2 days.
