If the unit is damaged in shipment, the buyer is required to take pictures of the outside of the box prior to opening the box. In addition, the buyer agrees to take pictures on the damaged item and contact TWS thru eBay and request an RMA (Return Material authorization) prior to returning the item.  Also, should the item be damaged and need to be returned, the buyer must repackage the unit suitable for shipping and packed well before returning for shipment. If needed, the buyer could take the package to a local UPS packaging store and have them pack the item properly for travel. Upon receipt of the item and properly packed, we will issue a refund when requested. If the item is new in the box and you open the box only to find out it doesn't work in your application through no fault of the items sent, we reserve the right to charge an open box return fee.
