Mai Kai Mystery Bowl Tiki Mug Damaged Head

Description

I believe this bowl was sold at the Mai-Kai restaurant in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  The color is two toned brown and white Tiki's.  Unfortunately, one of the tiki's head is broken.  I have the pieces, but I am not sure if i have all of them to glue the head back on.  It looks great displayed with the broken head facing the back so you don't see it.
Measures approximately 5.5" tall with Tiki's and 8" wide.
Marked "Made in China and DW 635" on the bottom.  Please see photos for detail.
