    Description

    Cotton indigo tie back long wrap maxi skirt.  Incredible tiny pleats, heavy weight, discharge indigo polkadot print on black pleats, flat portion is indigo cotton, vintage well-worn rope for securing it closed. There is a dark stain on the indigo flat cotton fabric portion, as photographed.
    Really stunning handmade piece.  Maybe antique Chinese?  Or Hmong.
