DIRECTIONS
Hot therapy
Put on a clean, dry plate first. Then microwave on high for 45 seconds the very first time you use this wrap.
If not hot enough, try 1:00 the next time, then 1:30 (max heating time). For your safety, this wrap should be used warm, not hot!
Allow your wrap to cool to room temp between heating cycles.
Cold therapy
Place in large ziplock bag and keep in freezer for at least 4 hours prior to use.
Expect 5-10 min of gentle cooling per freezing cycle. This wrap is primarily designed to be used as a heating pad. Do not buy to use solely as a cold compress.
IMPORTANT
ALWAYS microwave on a clean, dry plate.
NEVER place directly inside microwave. Keep fabric away from oil and food residue.
The carousel must be ON. Product must be spinning throughout heating cycle.
