Hoffman Modulation Contrast HMC condenser for Nikon Diaphot Eclipse TE2000

Description

*Super rare* Hoffman Modulation Contrast (HMC) condenser, Model EP, working distance 40mm, numerical aperture 0.50.  This is compatible with Nikon inverted (biological / tissue culture) microscopes including the Nikon Diaphot, Diaphot 200/300, and (I believe) also the Nikon Eclipse series such as Eclipse TE2000.
Optics are complete and clear including the slit plate and polarizer.  I don't have a Hoffman objective so I couldn't take image with it, but I think everything is in good shape.
However, note that part of the mounting dovetail is broken off (not visible in the picture); you will need to attach it somehow (drill and tap, weld), or replace that part with the same part from another (non-Hoffman) Nikon condenser; or clamp this to the vertical arm.  Considering how rare and expensive Hoffman optics are, if you need this, that minor repair is totally worth it.  If you want me to try to repair it before you buy, please send me a message.
You will probably see a few other Hoffman condensers for sale, but they are all for regular (non-inverted) microscopes and don't have the mounting or working distance for inverted.  I think this is the only one for an inverted microscope (Nikon or any other) right now.  Make me an offer, I'm not using it and want to pass it on to a lab that would use it.
