This is a hand-painted dinner plate.
It is red, gold, and white and features a handpainted gold dragon in the center with elements of green and red paint, a gold-bordered rim, and accents of gold, red, and green textured paint that outlines and highlights all the designs of the plate.
The plate measures about 7.5" in diameter and 1" deep.
It is in good pre-owned condition with some light stains.
