Fabulous White Foo Dogs - 18" Tall - Heavy Large Set of Shishi Lions!
A gorgeous pairing of white Komainu :)
Each measures: Height - 18.25" Length - 5.0" Width - 7.5"
Each foo dog has firing dots, glaze spotting on the tops of their heads, tails, base(plinth) surfaces, several body areas and some around the bottoms of the bases - see last series of photos
The spotting is in the glaze, this occurred during the glaze firing process - please zoom all photos
I believe the male is a touch shade darker than the female ~
No other damage, cracks, chips, breaks, repairs, etc.
A very large pair of detailed and highly ornate foo dogs - the pair weighs 20 pounds!
