Protek Portable, Insulation Resistance Tester:
I purchased this Protek Digital Insulation Tester (Meg-Ohm Meter)
when I was in the electronics business. I had it Calibrated and put it in a test equipment closet and never used it.
It is brand new (never used, in the original box) I am now retired,
and this meter was found stored in my closet.
I probably paid close to 0.00 for it, but you can buy it at a fair price.
