DENKA LaB6 Cathode CA M3,
I'm not sure what model unit this fits. The paper lists the cathode specifications
as: Grade: CA , Filament Current at 1550 degrees C - 3.12 A , Orientation: (100)
Tip Shape: 90 degrees , 15 um R Pointed, Base No: 8148.
It is still sealed in the inner container (the label seals have not been broken).
One of the seals says "shipped on 14 Nov 95" "Storage period until 14 Nov 97"
