Carl Zeiss BSE detector 4 quadrant diode

Description

Back scattered electron detector 4 section diode came from LEO 1450 VPSE SEM. Came from retired unit in good condition. Unable to test sold AS-IS. Other parts that came from same SEM that I was able to test were working fine so I don't have a reason to think it is faulty. I also have many other parts for LEO 1450 VPSE send message if interested.
