Manufactured in Cleveland, Ohio, circa 1940's
The unique octagon glass globes and decal are in perfect original condition
The body is aluminum that has been professionally polished
The dispenser measures 13" tall by 15" wide at the base of the tray by 9" deep.
Has the original key that opens both locks.
