Single owner (non smoking household) Thru-Wall Motel Style PTAC Heat Pump Unit. Amana Model Number PTH153A50AC.   Unit was used in a garage office space at my residence until February 11, 2021 when the control board had a component failure.  Unit was running and working until the board failed (see picture 9 of back of board failure).  But is being sold as is no warranty for parts or repair.
Listing is for the unit itself and front cover.  Does not include wall sleeve or louver.
This is a nice large capacity unit that fits the industry standard Amana/Goodman wall sleeve. 14000 BTUH heat pump with 5.0 kW electric heater.  Control boards for it are available online for -0 (but needed heat immediately so had to buy a replacement unit).
Unit charge is 29 oz of R-22 per the nameplate - and that alone is worth more than 0 if recovered at current R-22 prices.  Part out the compressor, front panel, fan, electric heater, control knobs, condenser, capacitor, etc.  and you can easily cover the price I am asking and then some.  Your choice, repair or part out.

Will also deliver to local freight terminal if you arrange freight with insurance.  I have packaging from the new unit and can box this unit up fairly well for shipment.
