YOU SHIP YOUR CARB TO ME, I CLEAN AND REBUILD THEM AND SHIP THEM BACK TO YOU READY TO RIDE
THIS IS A Professional Carburetor CLEAN AND REBUILD SERVICE for 87-92 Suzuki Intruder VS 1400
YOUR CARB will be ultrasonic cleaned twice, Before and after hand polishing. All surfaces are hand polished to make sure all surfaces are completely clean inside and out.
Brand NEW K&L rebuild kit will be installed with all NEW orings,
NEW float needles and seats are installed,
NEW float bowl gaskets and new air fuel adjustment screw oring.
YOUR CARBS will have float levels set to factory specs.
Air /fuel screws will be set to 2.5 turns out
Diaphragms are fully cleaned and inspected and will leave working correctly and with no issues.
IF YOUR DIAPHRAGM IS DAMAGED OR HAS ANY ISSUES, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED IMMEDIATELY WITH PICS AND DETAILS OF THE PROBLEM AND HOW IT CAN BE FIXED.
PILOT JETS ARE REPLACED with brand new oem spec jets. Main jets are cleaned inside and out then polished and ultrasonic cleaned again.
Air cut off valves (if applicable) are inspected and cleaned along with the special oring will been replaced.
If your valves are found to be damaged or worn out, you will be contacted immediately with pics and how we can fix it.
